SMASHING MAGAZINE
Every designer and web developer should have this site in their favs, or rss, or whatever it is you do. It updates every day. There are tons of free fonts, vector images, textures and tutorials that will keep you from getting anything done for the next several hours, so browse with caution. Check it out:

ABDUZEEDO
I only recently stumbled upon this site, which updates several times a day. They’re not as well-rounded as Smashing Mag, but there’s plenty to be inspired by.
